Copy the numbers into the IP address section when
 you use teamspeak to connect

(you can copy paste them to save some aggravation)

This will give you a bunch of channels.

The Scanner site is having issues.

run the downloaded program and click on connect.

One of the things in the left window is directions for the teamspeak program.
