Boston Stair Climb 2008

Hello All,

            I just wanted to take a moment and congratulate all those
who participated in this past weekends stair climb event. The following
members of Portland Fire Department Local 740 climbed 41 stories and 82 flights of stairwell in
under 15 minutes all while breathing air, that's right, incredible
athletes. I might also add that this was the only team at this event who
did such a feat of strength and endurance. Not only did they meet their
team goal of $2000 they exceeded it by $238. Hooray for team Local 740
way to represent.
